Thank you for choosing RECTNGL! We’re dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable products, and we stand by the craftsmanship of our bags. Our 6-month warranty ensures your satisfaction and protects you from any manufacturing defects.
Warranty Coverage: RECTNGL bags are made from premium artificial leather and come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Here’s what’s included:
- Issues with stitching, zippers, straps, or other hardware
- Structural defects that affect the bag’s functionality
What’s Not Covered: Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, such as scuffs, fading, or scratches on the material
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or exposure to extreme conditions
- Modifications or repairs performed by third parties
How to Make a Warranty Claim: If you experience a manufacturing defect within the 6-month warranty period, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Support Team at wecare@rectngl.in with a description of the issue, your purchase details, and photos of the defect.
- Assessment: We’ll review your claim and let you know if it qualifies under our warranty policy. We may request further details or photos for verification.
- Resolution: Once your claim is approved, we will offer a free repair or, if a repair isn’t possible, a replacement for the same item or a comparable product.
Important Notes:
- This warranty applies only to the original owner with a valid purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
- Our warranty does not extend to resale products or cover incidental damages.
